We serve our breakfast – lovingly arranged on the etagere – Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Nordenholzer Hof restaurant. When it comes to products, we rely on regionality wherever possible and are on a first-name basis with our suppliers, from the coffee roaster to the hen for the breakfast egg.
